Priority dispatch
Planned for launch: when a scan triggers a service request (plumber, electrician, courier), Pro is planned to jump the queue. No live dispatch or provider time promise exists in pre-launch.
90-day searchable history
Find that part number, plant species, or receipt total weeks later. Free tier is session-only and forgets the moment you close the tab.
Business-document recognition
Invoices, ID cards, receipts, labels — Pro reads them, Free does not. Useful for expense capture, KYC, and verification workflows.
SDK + API access
Planned for launch: wire camera-to-service into your own app via REST and WebSocket SDKs (TypeScript + Swift). Planned price £4.99/month instead of building recognition yourself.
Pricing questions
- How do I subscribe to Lens Pro?
- Lens Pro is being finalised. Join the waitlist from the Pro card and we will email you the moment paid subscriptions open, with the £4.99/month price locked in. No card is charged while you are on the waitlist.
- What counts as a scan?
- A scan is a single camera capture submitted to the GeraLens API for recognition. Repeat captures of the same object within 60 seconds count as one scan, so framing the shot twice will not eat your quota.
- Do you offer a free trial of Pro?
- No. GeraLens is in pre-launch and no paid subscription exists yet, so there is nothing to charge or refund. Any guarantee that applies at launch will be stated on this page before subscriptions open.
- Can I cancel any time?
- There is no subscription to cancel while GeraLens is in pre-launch. Once Lens Pro launches you will be able to cancel any time via the unsubscribe link in any billing email — no phone call, no retention script.
- What is included in priority routing?
- Priority routing is a planned Lens Pro feature for launch: when the recognised object maps to a Gera service (e.g. plumbing leak → GeraHome, broken appliance → GeraHome, lost item → GeraLens history search), Pro users are planned to jump the dispatch queue. There is no live dispatch and no dispatch time promise while GeraLens is in pre-launch.
- What happens if I exceed my monthly scans?
- Free tier: scans pause until the quota resets at the start of the next month. Pro tier: a soft alert at 80 scans, then a single bonus pack at no charge for the first overage month. Repeat overages: we will email you a one-click upgrade to a higher tier when it launches.
- What objects does GeraLens recognise?
- Everyday consumer categories: appliances, household fixtures, food and grocery items, vehicles, plants, common tools, signage, and product labels. Pro users also get business-document recognition (invoices, ID, receipts) and SDK access for custom categories.
- Is there an SDK or API for developers?
- Lens Pro is planned to include REST + WebSocket SDK access at launch, with TypeScript and Swift bindings, so you can wire camera-to-service flows into your own app. No SDK is live while GeraLens is in pre-launch.
